How do you change the password for FTP access?

NOTE: This also resets the control panel password for your hosting account.

1. Log in to your control panel.
2. Under “Websites”, select your domain name. If you host multiple domains, you can select any domain name.
3. In the upper right hand corner of the screen click on your username. Then select Account Settings.
4. Click the lock icon and input your new password twice.

For security reasons, our system will not allow you to create a weak password. If you are unable to click the Save button, then you will need to create a more secure password.
