What to Expect
| Timing | Activity |
| Day 0 | You send us your user list and passwords. |
| Migration Day | We create the new email accounts and update the DNS. New emails start arriving in the new system immediately. |
| Day +1 | You update your phones/laptops. Old emails appear as they sync down. |
| Day +3 | We run a final "cleanup" pass to catch any stray emails. |
| Day +7 | Confirm everyone is happy, and cancel the old Rackspace service. |
