Domain Keys identified mail (DKIM) adds a secure signature to your domain to authenticate emails sent from users in your company. DKIM is an industry best practice that increases the security of your email domains.
Before enabling DKIM, we recommend that you have already setup an SPF record.
How to enable DKIM for a domain
Log into your Email Admin Panel.
Click on the Sender Authentication (DKIM) link under the Domains section.
On this next page you will see a list of all your domains for your account. Click on the one you wish to setup the DKIM record and then click the Enable DKIM button.
Log into your DNS provider and create the TXT record.
After the TXT record has been created go back to the Email Admin Panel and click the Verify TXT Record button.
If we host your DNS or you are unsure about any of the above steps please submit a support ticket after your SPF record has been enabled and we will create your DKIM record for you.
