Email Administration
Because we actively utilize both Rackspace and PolarisMail, you will need to verify which platform hosts your email.
Review your most recent Laughing Squid invoice to confirm your designated email provider.
Navigate to the respective provider's portal to manage your inboxes, passwords, and specific email settings.
Billing & Invoices (Freshbooks)
Please note that there is no central client login URL for our Freshbooks billing system.
Open any emailed invoice you have received from us.
Click the secure, unique link inside the email to access your personal billing portal.
Use this portal to view your invoice history, update payment methods, etc.
If you have lost your invoice link, simply open a support ticket and we will send one to you.
