How to access and manage a database with phpMyAdmin?

On the left hand menu of the control panel select the 'Databases' tab.

On this page you will see all your existing databases as well as be able to create new ones if your plan allows. You can access phpMyAdmin by clicking the phpMyAdmin button.

phpMyAdmin will open in a new tab.
