How do you resend the username or reset the password for the control panel?

UPDATE:  This feature broke when Liquid Web acquired Cloud Sites from Rackspace. If you forgot your control panel username, you can use the “Don’t know your username?” link on the control panel login page to have your username sent to the email address associated with your account.

If you know your control panel username, then you can the “Lost your password?” link on the control panel login page to have to have instructions sent on how to rest your password.

If you forgot the email address that is associated with your control panel account, just submit a support ticket and we will let you know what it is.

If all else fails, we can reset your control panel password for you. Just submit a support ticket.

NOTE: As a security measure, we will only send account info to the email address that is associated with the control panel account. You can update your email address in the “Contacts” section of the control panel.
